Forced orgasms

Can you force someone to have an orgasm? It’s an act of intense pleasure, greatly desired. So why would you force someone to have an orgasm when they want one anyway? And since to achieve an orgasm one must have desire, can one actually be forced into having one if the initial desire is not there? Can you make someone feel sexy if they don’t want to?
